Shipping Rates

• We offer free shipping on all orders over R500.

• A flat rate shipping fee of R150 applies to all orders under R500.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Delivery Time
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location within South Africa.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or remote delivery areas.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your delivery.

Shipping Area
We currently ship nationwide within South Africa.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Baabutter cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
